Column Palletizer

A column palletizer is a device used for automated material palletizing. Packaged materials are transported via a conveyor to a designated palletizing area. The robot, through coordinated motion of its axes, moves the gripper directly above the material's location. When the material's location signal is received, the gripper, controlled by a servo motor, moves downward, picks up the material, and then moves it above the palletizing area, bringing it to the placement point. The material is then stacked in the designated location. This process repeats until the entire pallet is palletized.
